Do I have to change how the paper is made?
No. Keep your DTP work exactly as it is. Export the PDF the way you do for the press and upload that file.
What if my pages are scans, not digital?
Scanned pages work. The text is read from the image so readers can still search, though a digital PDF gives cleaner results.
Can I stop readers downloading the pages?
Yes. Downloads are a switch, per edition. You can also mark an edition as subscribers-only.
Who owns the archive?
You do. Your editions stay yours, and you can download the original PDFs at any time.
